My Community Experience

My Community Experience

Every experience I had was the best

Hi there, I'm Barkatul Mujauddin - a third-year B.Tech student from a Tier-3 college. I'm also a Kubesimplify Ambassador, DevRel Intern at Keploy, and the founder of HackForCode. I owe everything to the communities I have been involved with.

Throughout my journey as a tech enthusiast, I've had the privilege of being a part of some amazing communities. These communities have not only helped me to learn and grow but have also played a pivotal role in shaping my career and my life.

From my first steps as a Kubesimplify Ambassador to founding HackForCode with my friends, I've experienced the incredible power of communities to bring people together, inspire change, and drive innovation.

I'm excited to share my experiences with you and hope that my story can help inspire others to get involved with their own communities and make a difference in the world. So, let's get started!

Kubesimplify

Kubesimplify holds a special place in my heart as it was my first community, and where I became a part of the first batch of Kubesimplify Ambassadors. Even to this day, I am still an Ambassador, and it has been an incredible journey.

When I first joined, I was quite nervous about writing blogs. However, with the guidance of Saiyam Pathak, who has been my mentor and guide throughout my career and life, I started to gain confidence. My first blog was assigned to me, and I put my heart and soul into it. To my delight, it was well-received by the community, and it gave me the push I needed to keep going.

My love for writing led me to start a series on Golang. It was an exciting journey, and I was delighted to see that my blogs were gaining popularity. One of my blogs was even featured by Hashnode. It was an incredible feeling to know that people were reading and enjoying my work.

However, I didn't stop at writing. I also delved into video creation and made a YouTube video on Introduction to Linux. The process taught me a lot about what goes into making quality video content, from recording to editing. I did everything by myself, and it was a fantastic learning experience.

Now, I am working on a big project with my colleague Kunal Verma. We are planning to launch it in March (most probably) on Kubesimplify's YouTube channel. I can't wait to share it with the community and see what they think.

Overall, being a part of Kubesimplify has been an incredible experience, and it has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. I will always be grateful for the opportunities that Kubesimplify has given me, and I look forward to being a part of this amazing community for years to come.

Community Classroom

Community Classroom, now known as WeMakeDevs, has played a pivotal role in my journey as a community member. It was during my time writing blogs that I stumbled upon their blogging challenge. Intrigued by the idea, I began contributing to the challenge and was quickly noticed by Kunal Kushwaha.

Being one of the first to contribute blogs to Community Classroom was an exciting opportunity, and I felt honored to be a part of it. When Kunal asked me to write blogs for them, I was thrilled to be given the chance to share my thoughts and ideas with such a vibrant community.

I remember the first blog I was assigned to write. It was already 10 PM, but I was determined to complete it that night. I spent the whole night writing, and by the time I was done, the sun had risen. I submitted the blog at 8 AM, and it was published just an hour later. It was an exhilarating experience to see my work published and shared with the world.

After that first blog, I went on to write three more for Community Classroom. Each time, I learned something new about myself and the topics I was writing about. The experience helped me grow as a writer and gave me the confidence to tackle new challenges in my writing journey.

Overall, Community Classroom has been a vital part of my community journey. It provided me with a platform to showcase my work, connect with other writers, and learn from the best. I am grateful for the opportunities it has given me and look forward to continuing to contribute to this incredible community.

HackForCode

Starting a community is no easy feat, but it was a challenge that I was excited to take on with three of my friends. Together, we founded HackForCode - a community that brought together like-minded individuals to learn, grow and innovate.

From the very beginning, we knew that we wanted HackForCode to be different. We wanted to create a space where people felt encouraged to push boundaries and challenge themselves.

Looking back, starting HackForCode was one of the best decisions I ever made. It taught me so much about leadership, community building, and collaboration. But most importantly, it showed me how to bring people together and create meaningful change.

Conclusion

In conclusion, my journey as a tech enthusiast has been enriched by the incredible communities I have been a part of. Through Kubesimplify, Community Classroom (now known as WeMakeDevs), and HackForCode, I have learned the importance of collaboration, communication, and community-building.

These communities have given me a platform to share my ideas, contribute to meaningful projects, and connect with like-minded individuals from all over the world. I am incredibly grateful for the guidance, support, and encouragement that I have received from my fellow community members, mentors, and leaders.

As I continue on my journey, I am excited to see what the future holds and how I can continue to give back to these communities that have given me so much. I encourage everyone reading this to get involved with their own communities, whether it be through joining an existing group or starting their own.

Together, we can create a world where everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. Thank you for joining me on this journey, and I hope to see you out there in the community!
